What do you need to make an AI Tiny Desk video?
Have one clear photo of a consenting adult ready for the lead singer. Use a JPG, PNG or WebP file up to 10 MB. Four additional photos are optional. You can prepare the cast before paying, but submitting a video requires signing in with Google and enough credits.
First check the availability message beside the generator. If generation or checkout is unavailable, wait until the relevant control is enabled. Review the current credit packs and prices before buying. A credit purchase and a video submission are separate actions.
Choose the lead, then add the band if you want
Select Add lead singer photo and check the preview. For a solo version, that is the only photo you need. Choose any of the four optional band roles to assign more people. Each upload belongs to a named role; you do not need to combine the cast into one group picture.

How do you submit the video?
Once the cast is correct and generation is available, follow these steps. The generator keeps the final decision to create with you, including after you return from buying credits.
- Review each photo preview. Remove an optional photo if you want to leave that role unchanged.
- Check the 19-second, 480p portrait preset, the 9:16 setting and the 20-credit cost. The performance and soundtrack are preset; expressions, movement and cut timing can vary.
- Choose Continue with Google when prompted. Use the same browser so your prepared cast can transfer to the signed-in account.
- If you need credits, review a pack and complete checkout when available. After payment is confirmed, return to the generator and check your balance; payment does not automatically submit the video.
- Choose the generation action. Keep the page open through uploading and submission. Once a task is accepted, use its progress display or My videos to follow it.
Can you change the prompt, song or length?
This generator is built around the Outstanding performance template. Your inputs choose the cast. There is no prompt box, song picker, custom-duration control or landscape option in the current generator. The selected format is a 19-second, 480p portrait preset with a 9:16 setting.
The homepage shows The Burner’s All-Loss parody as an external creator reference. It is not a video generated by AI Tiny Desk from your photos. A separate generated example uses an AI-created adult portrait as the lead. AI output can vary in likeness, framing, movement and cut timing, so inspect your own completed file before sharing. Can you leave and finish later?
An unfinished cast can be saved in the same browser for up to 24 hours. Browser storage can be cleared or unavailable, so keep the original photos on your device. A local draft is not a promise that an unsubmitted cast will appear on another device.
An accepted task belongs to your account. Sign back in with the same Google account to check My videos. If the connection drops during submission and the outcome is unknown, check the existing task before trying again. Do you need five photos, CapCut or a separate reference?
Do all five roles need a photo?
No. The lead singer is required; the keyboard player, saxophone player and two backing singers are optional.
Do you need CapCut or another editor?
No separate editor is part of this generator's submission flow. You may edit the downloaded MP4 afterward if you want additional captions or cuts.
Can you start on a phone?
Yes. Choose supported photo files through the browser's file picker. If your phone photo is HEIC, export a JPG, PNG or WebP copy first. Keep the page open until upload and submission finish.
